Plastination conference in Toledo, Ohio. Keynote addresses by Dr. Gunther von Hagens and Dr. Christoph von Horst

The tenth International Interim Conference on Plastination will take place in Toledo Ohio. Practical aspects of the plastination work will be the focus of the conference. Participants from all over the world will exchange views about plastination techniques and take part in plastination workshops.

The two keynote addresses will be held by the German plastinators Dr. Gunther von Hagens (known from his Bodyworld Exhibitions) and Dr. von Horst (inventor of the Tissue Tracing plastinates and other preparation techniques). The main point of his speech will be, that plastination work should focus more on the user´s requirements eg. schools, museums, universities, etc.
